Timing & automation

From the first sign-up to the last vehicle.

Choose which steps run automatically and their lead times. Hosts can use the commands when they need to take over.

  1. /announce

    Let people know

Send an upcoming-shift notice with an optional role ping. Keep routine reminders quiet until it is time to join.

  2. /signups

    Open the sheets

Post interactive sign-up menus to each sheet’s channel. Slots, capacities, and changes stay connected to the website.

  3. /staff-begin

    Let staff in first

Send early access and the join code to the staff on your sign-up sheets, in their own channels.

  4. /begin

    Open the shift

Publish the start announcement with a join button and a role ping. Choose whether the code is also shown as text.

  5. /complete

    Finish and tidy up

Close out the shift, post a satisfaction poll, and remove the bot’s sign-up posts, announcements, or host reminders according to your settings.

Live dispatch

Keep the dispatch board in view.

Post a board image in Discord and refresh it during the shift. It carries route colors, vehicle numbers, assignments, service status, and tows from the website’s dispatch room.

One staff list, wherever people sign up.

Linked Discord and TrPTools accounts refer to the same person. A member can change slots from a Discord menu, while website sign-ups appear in the same sheets and receive the same staff mentions.

On the website, rank lists control who may sign up. In Discord, access is controlled by the channel where you post the sheet.

Several languages. One announcement.

Pick an ordered list of languages for your server. The bot combines translated titles and message bodies in one post, keeping one set of mentions and one sign-up sheet.

Command descriptions follow the reader’s Discord language. Short modals and polls use the server’s first selected language; the board image is in English.

Set the details once in the dashboard.

Channels & roles

Choose where announcements, staff sheets, the board, and host reminders go. Set the role to ping when the shift starts.

Timing & automation

Turn individual actions on or off, set their lead times, and choose the board refresh interval.

Connection & permissions

See the connected server and check channel permissions, including the permissions cleanup needs, before your shift starts.

Commands for the host

/edit-shift
Change the current occurrence’s note or server owner.
/status
Inspect the server connection and shift configuration.
/ping
Check whether the bot is responding.
