Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of TrP Tools, a group management, scheduling and dispatch tool for the Roblox game TrP. Using the site means you accept them.

TrP Tools has no accounts of its own. You sign in with Roblox, and what you can do here follows from the role you currently hold in each Roblox group. Change groups or change rank, and your access here changes with it — usually within a minute.

You are responsible for anything done through your account, including anything done with an API key you have issued. Keep your keys to yourself and revoke any you no longer need.

Do not use TrP Tools to:

• post content that is abusive, hateful, sexual, or otherwise unsuitable for a Roblox audience;
• impersonate another person, group or member of staff;
• upload images you do not have the right to use;
• work around permission checks, rate limits or moderation;
• automate requests at a rate that degrades the service for other people.

Route badges, depot icons, group banners and gallery images stay yours. By uploading them you allow us to store them and to display them wherever the group has chosen to show them, including on public pages.

Only upload images you own or are licensed to use, and make sure they are appropriate for the audience the game has.

Anyone signed in can report a group, route, depot or image. A report hides the reported item straight away — waiting for a human would leave genuinely abusive content in front of the public in the meantime. A site administrator then either clears it, which restores it and exempts it from being hidden by later reports, or leaves it hidden.

Site administrators may also suspend an account temporarily or permanently where these terms have been broken. A suspended account cannot sign in, and any API keys it holds stop working. A temporary suspension lifts by itself; a permanent one stays until an administrator removes it.

TrP Tools is provided as it is, with no guarantee that it will be available, accurate or free of faults. Features may change or be withdrawn. We are not liable for losses arising from the service being unavailable or behaving unexpectedly, including missed shifts or lost dispatch state.

Parts of the service depend on Roblox. When Roblox is unavailable or its limits are reached, group ranks, avatars and rosters may not resolve.

TrP Tools is an independent community tool. It is not endorsed by, sponsored by or affiliated with Roblox Corporation.

These terms may change. The current version is always the one on this page, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
